Where is my seating assignment?
An email with your color section and table number will be sent to all registrants by the end of day, Monday April 21. If you haven’t received your seating assignment by Tuesday, April 22, email chuck@assureomaha.com and he will let you know your table number. If you are bringing guests with you, please let them know your table number as well.
When does the program begin?
The program will begin promptly at 6:30pm. The doors leading into Exhibit Hall C will open at 6:00pm for early seating.
When should I arrive?
We encourage our guests to arrive early or to carpool due to another event that evening that will compete with parking availability. If you choose to arrive early, feel free to wait in the lobby of the Hilton across the street.
Where should I park?
We recommend parking in Lot B, directly West of the Convention Center with access from 12th and Mike Fahey Street. There is also parking available in Lot D, north of the center, with access from Abbott Drive. The Parking fee is $10.00. Parking attendants accept cash payment and the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
What is the dress code for the event?
Dress code for the event is business casual.
Do I need a ticket for the event?
No. Tickets are not being issued for this year’s event. Your table number will be assigned and sent to you (or your host’s) email address prior to the event. Check with your host for your table number the week leading up to the event.
What is the dinner menu and dietary options?
The dinner menu is available on our main Event page. Alternative dietary options include Gluten Free, Dairy Free, and Vegetarian.
When does the event end?
The event is scheduled to end by 9:00pm, maybe a little earlier if things go smoothly!
What is the VIP Reception?
Prior to the event, a private reception for event sponsors will be held beginning at 5:00pm. Appetizers will be served and event sponsors along with their guests will have an opportunity to meet and get their photos taken with Allie Beth Stuckey.

How do I register for this event?
Visit our Event page at firststeptolife.com/imagine and click the “Register Online” button.
Can I still sponsor a table for this event?
Yes, a variety of sponsorship options are still available through the Online Event Registration page. Some of the Sponsorship levels have deadlines for submission of materials required for the dinner program so be mindful of that. The sooner you register your sponsorship, the better. Can I still register if I don’t know all my guest’s names yet?
You can purchase a table (or tables) without providing your guests’ names, but if you purchase multiple seats you will be asked to provide a First and Last Name for each guest when you register. Feel free to use “Guest” as First Name and fill in Your Last Name if you don’t know who you will be inviting to sit with you yet. You can email their names later to chuck@assureomaha.com once you find out.
How do I add my guest names?
If you are hosting a table, click the “Manage my Guest List” button in your Host Instructions email you received when you registered. From that page, you can register new guests, invite guests, or email your guests. When Registering a New Guest, be sure to select “Individual Seat(s) Registration” AND “I know my Table Host.” The only required fields for your guests are First Name, Last Name, and Email Address. Their email address will be used to send them their assigned table number prior to the event. You may also simply email your guest names to chuck@assureomaha.com and we will add them for you. What if I don’t know my guest’s email address?
If you don’t know the email address for your guest or your guest does not use email, enter “noemail@fundeasy.com” as their email address. Please let these guests know what table you will be sitting at once you receive your table assignment.
What if I can’t find my Host Instructions email?
If you can’t find your Host Instructions email, use the form above to let us know, and we can resend it to you.
Can I change my Table Host?
Yes. If you would like to assign a different table Host for your table(s), please let us know using the form above or email chuck@assureomaha.com. We will assign them as the new Table Host and email them the Host Instructions email.
What is the deadline for providing my guest names?
We would like to have all guest names no later than Thursday, April 10th. Please continue to enter your guest names after that date, and we will try our best to add them to the registration lists.
What is the deadline for providing Sponsorship materials for the dinner program?
If your sponsorship includes promotion in our dinner program, all materials must be provided to Assure by Saturday, March 15th in order to ensure a timely production schedule for our printer. Please send your materials and/or direct your inquiries to development@assureomaha.com.
