Toni has served as Executive Director since 2012. She oversees all components of the Center as well as developing relationships between the Center and our Ministry Partners. She started with Assure as a Healthy Relationship Educator in 2007. Under her leadership, Assure has expanded to three locations, launched SperaVita Institute, a separate non-profit, and completed a capital campaign to renovate the corporate office. Toni is an Air Force Veteran of 14 years. She has two beautiful daughters and one handsome son-in-law.

After serving as a development consultant for Assure for six years, Amanda became Development Director in 2023. She has over 24 years of experience in fundraising and advocacy, as well as providing strategic guidance to nonprofit organizations. At Assure, Amanda is responsible for donor relations and development. She lives in Gretna with her husband Darren. They have two daughters.

Val oversees the daily business activities by optimizing efficiency, productivity and performance across various departments, implementing processes to ensure the smooth and effective operation of the ministry.  She began partnering with Assure in 2001 as a volunteer advocate.  Val and her husband Corey have three children and one grandson.

Lisa began at Assure in 2011. Her education includes degrees in Psychology and Radiation Sciences and has 13 years of experience dedicated to patient care in the hospital Radiology Department. At Assure, Lisa oversees the departments that implement our 15-Step Patient Process: Patient Engagement, Patient Process, and Medical Services. She brings a passion to serve each patient with excellence. Lisa and her husband Dan, have four children – three sons and one daughter.
